岗位职责

• Establish equipment electrical maintenance plan and monitor the implementation, give electrical technical support to solve the breakdown repair.

• 制定设备的电气维护保养计划和维护项目，对现场突发性故障给予电气技术问题。

• To train the maintenance operator about the safety, equipment operation and maintenance.

• 对设备维修人员进行安全、设备操作和维护保养的培训。

• Establish the equipment daily maintenance operation books and check list, and to track the action result.

• 制定检测线设备日常维护保养作业指导书及日常点检表并跟踪执行情况。

• Establish the electrical maintenance plan and items, and to track the implementation result.

• 制定设备的电气维护计划和维护保养内容并进行跟踪。

• Give electrical support to solve breakdown repair.

• 对现场突发故障给予电气技术支持。

• Analyze the situation of the running of the equipment, to increase the capability of the equipment and lower down the maintenance cost.

• 分析设备运行维护状况，提高设备能力，降低维护成本。

• Do the maintenance budget of electrical parts.

• 制定设备维护的电气部分预算。

• Establish the electrical spare parts of equipment and manage the safety quantities of parts.

• 建立设备的电气备品备件并管理安全库存。

• Organize the modification of equipment to improve equipment capability.

• 组织设备的技改以提升设备的运行能力。

任职要求

• Bachelor’s degree or above. Electric, Automation, other related majors.

• 本科及以上学历，电气类、自动化类或相关专业;

• CET-6 or equivalent level, Good oral and written English skills.

• 英语六级或同等水平，良好的英语口语和书面表达能力;

• Familiar with SEIMENS PLC program, ABB robot.

• 熟悉SEIMENS PLC编程，ABB机器人;

• Interested in equipment management.

• 对设备管理感兴趣.
