1、Support new seller launch and drive post-launch feature adoption, via call down, email, wecom and other channels.
2、Enhance Seller Quality starting from vetting seller profile.
3、Collaborate with multiple teams across organization to contribute in the projects.
4、Collect voice of Sellers to be shared with internal stakeholders that will benefit product or process improvements.
基本任职资格
1、Bachelor and above degree, ideally with some internship experience of retail or e-commerce industry.
2、Graduate between 11/2024 and 07/2025.
3、Proficiency in English is strongly desired.
4、Excellent in Excel functions.
5、Strong interesting in cross-border e-commerce.
优先任职资格
1、CET 6 or any other skill certifications
2、At least 3 months internship
3、Python and SQL or others software capabilities
