Provide excellent technical service to Biochemicalsbusinessin APAC to secure commercial success.Develop Biochemicals technical competencewithpolymerization/processing and application knowledge inASRC.
Leading technical validation of Biochemicals with key!customers and troubleshoot product & process issuesuch as polymerization, mixing and compounding.Strengthen polymer/composites competencein AsRC tosupport business growth of lignin-based materials.Insight to APAP sustainable market trend and utilizetechnicalexpertise to enhance the business strategiesand visionfor Biochemicals.Comply with UPM EHS standards, R&D quality andcompliance rules.
You have a Master's degree in wood chemistry/lignin orPolymer Science with experience in a technical servicerole.
You have 3-5 years' experience in polymers and resinindustry, preferably phenol-formaldehyde resin andrubber industry, understand technical service for newbusiness.
You have good expertise in polymerization and polymerconversion processes such as mixing and compoundingand lSO and ASTM (American Society for Testing andMaterials) testing specifications is an additional plusYou have "make it work at pilot/production site”mentality, to ensure the success of new technologyimprovements and the implementation at clients.You have strong interpersonal skills to interact withinternal stakeholders and external client.You have good ability to define problems, identifyopportunities and develop creative solutionsYou have good written and verbal communication skill inEnglish and Chinese, as well as computer skills.
