1.Manage the operations of the lab at the ShanghaiInnovation Center, ensuring efficient utilization ofresources and maintaining a safe working environment2.0versee the planning and execution of experiments,testing, and analysis in the lab, in alignment with projectobjectives and customer requirements.3.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify andprocure the necessary equipment, materials, andresources for lab activities.
4.Develop and implement standard operating procedures(SOPs) for lab processes, ensuring adherence to qualityand safety standards.
5.Provide technical guidance and support to labpersonnel, including training, coaching, and performancemanagement.
6.Maintain accurate records of lab activities, test resultsand experimental data, ensuring compliance with dataprivacy and protection policies.
7.Liaise with internal and external stakeholders tofacilitate collaborative research projects and leverage shared lab resources

Qualifications and Experience:
1.Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, ElectricalEngineering, or a related field. A Master's degree ispreferred.
2.Proven experience in technical sales, applicationengineering, or a similar role within the electronicsindustry.
3.Previous experience in managing a lab, includingoverseeing operations, equipment, and resources.4.Excellent understanding of laboratory safety protocols,quality assurance processes, and documentationpractices.
5.Experience in developing and implementing standardoperating procedures (SOPs) for lab processes.6.Strong project management skills, with the ability toprioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage resourceseffectively.
7.Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skillswith a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.8.Fluency in both Chinese and English is required.
