1、安排新员工的岗位培训,组织并落实对老员工的定期培训, 指导员工工作。
2、负责属下调整工/操作工的日常管理和绩效考核
3、按产量要求调配负责区域人员,确保产量达到设定目标
4、维护工作现场的工艺纪律和劳动纪律
5、协调并执行计划内和计划外的维护和修理工作。
6、按“三不原则”处理缺陷零件和处理过程质量问题
7、监督操作工按照作业指导书操作,监控和减少生产线上的缺陷率或废品率
8、落实降低内部缺陷成本的措施,对工艺流程优化提出建议
9、分层次审核之普遍问题及质量关注点,寻找与解决生产线问题
Job Responsibilities
1. Arrange for the new employee\'s job training, organize and implement regular training for the old employee, and guide the employee\'s work.
2. Responsible for the day-to-day management and performance evaluation of the subordinate adjustment workers/operators
3. Responsible for regional staffing according to production requirements to ensure that production reaches the set target
4. Maintain work process discipline and labor discipline
5. Coordinate and execute planned and unplanned maintenance and repair work.
6. Deal with defective parts and process quality problems according to \"Three Non-Principles\"
7. Supervise the operator to follow the operation instructions to monitor and reduce the defect rate or reject rate on the production line
8. Implement measures to reduce the cost of internal defects and make suggestions for process optimization
9. General Issues and Quality Concerns at Different Levels of Audit, Finding and Resolving Production Line Issues
1、大专以上学历,2年以上生产管理经验
2、优秀的沟通协调以及领导能力
3、适应轮班
Job qualifications:
1. College degree or above, 2 years production management experience
2. Excellent communication and coordination and leadership
3. Adapt to shift
