5.Draft and plan executable timeline and methodologyfor projects assigned and prepare regular updates tomanagement on project progress
6.Understand project/customer requirement andcoordinate with project members and take lead, whenassigned to resolve complex problem on time7.Support internal and external customers ondevelopment, quality, technical and failure analysisrequests

Knowledge:Hands on experience and knowledge on ChemicalFormulation Development with metal and otherassembly materials. Preferred in electronic packagesespecially on Sinter Technology in Power Semi-conductor. Relevant other formulation productdevelopment or experience is also welcome. Experiencedin project management, Design for Six Sigma and DOEmethodology is a plusSkills: (acquired measurable behaviors)Deep knowledge in Chemistry and have hand onexperience in chemical formulation work.Able to conduct DOE testing and strong analytical skill toenhance the development work.Experience with Problem Solving and Failure AnalysisExperience in Excel and Power Point presentation.
