职位描述
Job Description: 

1.    Conduct user research and user testing to complete product functions.

开展用户调研与测试以完善产品功能

2.    Optimize user experience and iterate interface design after brainstorming with the entire team.

与团队头脑风暴，优化产品体验，迭代用户界面

3.    Follow up product launch and evaluate operation effect.

跟进产品上线，评估运营效果

4.    Support team to complete internal innovation scouting request from different BU. 

支持团队完成各事业部创新需求的收集和梳理

5.    Collect information / material about new technology or new product which may be fit for BOSCH potential business. 

收集并整理博世创新科技以及创新产品的信息材料

6.     Support department daily work about the cross-functional activities, e.g. workshop preparation / office supplies purchasing 

跨团队跨部门的工作要求，例如：组织工作坊 支持采购流程

 

What you could learn:

1.    Have a deep understand of product iteration through UIUX design, front-end and testing

通过体验界面服务设计、前端和测试等一系列流程对软件产品迭代有更深的认识

Qualifications:

1.    Bachelor or Master Degree engineering background preferred.

本科以上学历 (工科背景优先)

2.    Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English. 

流利的英文听说读写能力

3.    Strong self-motivation and quick learning ability.

4.    Ability to work cross-functionally with both internally and externally, good relationship building, collaboration, negotiation skills.
