Main responsibilities 主要职责 Comply with EHS policy and make sure the services are delivered in line with company policy and guideline；Responsible new equipment installation and commissioning service； Provide technical communication, product operation and maintenance training to customer；Quickly response to the customers on equipment troubleshooting and site repair, fix the issue and recover the operation, escalate to the supervisor/manager in a timely manner if not solved；Feedback the product quality quickly, make the analysis and proposal, coordinate with related teams to address the site issues for customer satisfaction；Work closely with sales team to provide full support to customers and drive the business growth.

•      MS office (Word, PPT, Excel); Mechanical engineer familiar with CAD/Solidwork software; Electrical engineer skilled in using CAD or ePlan and other electrical drawing software, familiar with the basic knowledge of PLC programming, able to use C, C++ language programming.Process engineer familiar with grinding, flotation and thickening dehydration process basic knowledge; Can understand the mechanical drawings and manuals in English language;Can write and communicate in English;Cheerful personality, can bear hardships and stand hard work; Strong sense of community and collective honor.
